Abstract Based on the existing problems and deficiencies in distribution network material purchasing mode, this paper proposed differential purchasing strategy based on different material characteristics. This paper discussed differential purchasing strategies according to demand forecasting, evaluation weight, price determination and standard package division to provide reference and basis for the implementation of purchasing. In addition, the post-purchase evaluation system was constructed, and the post-evaluation process was determined and the practical effect of differentiatial purchasing is summarized through analysis of evaluation results.
