Abstract The spare parts between the units of the power equipment are relatively independent. The structure of the reserve, the technical level of equipment are uneven, and the management process of the objects is not smooth, which not only causes serious waste of material use, but also reduces the efficiency of operation and maintenance. This paper mainly aims at the problems that need to be solved in the management of spare parts. A whole life cycle management system based on cloud is developed. The whole process management of equipment objects is realized through system modeling and data information processing. The purpose is to realize the functions of reasonable purchase, inventory, accurate maintenance and so on.
