Some suggestions about automation system and equipment in smart substation |

Abstract This paper discusses the main characteristics of automation system and equipment in smart substation in terms of theoretical framework、application function、communication protocol in smart substation what is difference between the conventional substation . According to operating experience and existing problems in debugging and maintenance initial stage, this paper describes some suggestions about equipment function and requirements、debugging and maintenance and new technology application in detail. All of these measures and proposals will further promote the safety and steady operation level of the smart substation.
