Abstract The principle of anti-resonance with 4TV potential transformer is introduced in thispaper. The cause of unsuccessful anti-resonance in one event is analyzed, and the result shows that theinsufficient insulation level of N point is the basic reason. The insulation level of N point couldn’t resistthe resonance overvoltage, and so short-circuit by electric arc of zero-phase TV makes theanti-resonance failed. The preventive and improving measures are presented to ensure the effect ofanti-resonance with 4TV potential transformer.
