Optimal configuration method and software design of energy storage capacity in distribution network including distributed power supply |

Abstract The connection of renewable energy makes the power fluctuation of the tie-line between the distribution network and the main network larger, which affects the safe and stable operation of the system. Energy storage system can effectively solve this problem. Therefore, a method of energy storage capacity allocation is proposed in this paper. The model uses mixed integer linear programming (MILP) to solve the optimal energy storage capacity with the constraint of controlling the power of the tie-line in the distribution network. A set of energy storage planning and design software is designed to solve the energy storage configuration problem of distribution network with distributed generation. The feasibility and validity of the method are verified by the allocation of the energy storage capacity of a project.
