A new type of universal circuit breaker bridge type contact structure |

Abstract Bridge type contact is an important part of universal circuit breaker, and the stability of the bridge type contact is an important key to ensure the reliable and safe operation of the universal circuit breaker. Aiming at the problem that the contact area of the contact piece is reduced and the temperature rise is increased when the center line of the existing bridge type contact is not on the same horizontal plane as the center line of the bus bar and the drawer seat bus of the circuit breaker body, a new type of universal circuit breaker bridge type contact structure is proposed in this paper, and its concrete structure diagram is given. The new type reduces the contact resistance between the contact plate and the circuit breaker body bus and the drawer seat bus effectively, reducing the temperature rise, having good dynamic thermal stability, meeting the design requirements and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the circuit breaker.
