Abstract The high frequency switch charging device is widely used in the direct current power supply system. With the passage of service time, the electronic components inside the device will be aged and damaged, and the change of parameters will affect the change of characteristic indexes such as voltage stabilization and current stabilization accuracy of the device, as well as the failure of protection functions such as over-voltage, over-current, under voltage and under current. It is very important to test and change the characteristic index and protection function of the convective electric device regularly. In this paper, Emerson HD22010-3 (rectifier module) charging device is taken as an example, GDDZ- 220V/110V/50A direct current power supply characteristics comprehensive test system is used to test, through the comparison of the test data of the new module and the module after three years of use, further explains the importance of regular performance parameter test of high-frequency switch type current device.
