Intrinsic safety analysis based on emergency stop failure case

Abstract  Electrical emergency stop control is a vital protection measure for the safe operation of equipment. In this paper, based on a list of moped scram fault case, the emergency stop circuits of different structure and stop switch structure is analyzed combining the basic theory of reliability calculation. Comparison results are given. It is concluded that no reliability of almost zero rush road to common features of the logic of the outage and provide reference for electrical technicians.
