Abstract In response to the increasing complexity of the current production management transmission operation inspection team, the increasing requirements for on-site safety control and the increasing difficulty of team performance appraisal, the research on the digital operation inspection team system based on blockchain technology is carried out. A blockchain technology-based management model of transmission operation inspection production, safety access and performance appraisal is established to optimize the production, safety and performance management processes of the operation inspection team.
