| Analysis and countermeasures of the relay protection secondary circuit insulation status |

Abstract Insulation damage of relay protection secondary circuit may cause misoperation or rejection of relay protection and affect the stable operation of power grid. This paper analyzes the common insulation weak points of the secondary circuit, explains by citing some examples, and summarizes the insulation test items, test methods and precautions of the secondary circuit in the maintenance process, so as to provide reference for the maintenance personnel in the future.
