Optimal allocation of micro-grid capacity based on multi-strategy sparrow search algorithm |

Abstract The stability of the micro-grid system is vulnerable to the uncertainty of renewable energy. In order to solve the problem of energy utilization and reduce the occurrence of wind and solar abandonment, it is important to reasonably configure the capacity of the micro-grid system in combination with optimization algorithms. An independent micro-grid system is proposed by combining storage battery and hydrogen energy storage system to improve the utilization of energy. In order to solve the problems of insufficient search space, slow convergence speed and easy to fall into local optimum when the basic sparrow search algorithm (SSA) is used to deal with complex optimization problems, this paper uses the improved multi strategy sparrow search algorithm (MSSA) to obtain a multi-objective optimization scheme with the minimum total investment cost of the system and the lowest source load deviation rate. Finally, the Matlab simulation proves that the improved sparrow search algorithm has better performance in the capacity allocation optimization problem. The optimized configuration results can provide reference for solving power supply problems in rural areas, islands and other remote areas.
