Abstract When the external power grid or the internal power supply network fails or is abnormal, it will cause voltage dips, which may lead some electric motors in chemical enterprises to trip. It is found that the voltage dips prevention technology of the low-voltage motor starts from the threshold value of the release voltage of the low-voltage contactor. The voltage dips prevention contactor with low release voltage is selected, or the low-voltage contactor is controlled by uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and DC power supply to solve the problem of low-voltage motor tripping due to voltage dips. The high-voltage motor mainly uses the low voltage delay tripping function to avoid the voltage dip time and solve the problem of high-voltage motor tripping due to voltage dips. When the 110kV, 35kV, 10kV and 6kV power lines fail, the incoming line circuit breaker is broken and the bus circuit breaker is closed through the light difference protection starting quick cutting device installed in the class or superior line, so as to restore the power supply of the bus for the tripping line, and solve the problem of bus power loss due to short circuit of the power line above 6kV.
