Optimal layout strategy of electric vehicle charging station considering mixed traffic flow |

Abstract With the increasing popularity of electric vehicles, the planning of electric vehicle charging stations has become a research hotpot. A bi-level planning model is designed for the optimal layout of charging stations. The upper layer aims to minimize the total generalized social cost, and the lower layer solves the traffic assignment problem and the optimal power flow problem according to the charging station planning scheme given by the upper layer, and feeds back the information related to the total generalized social cost to the upper layer. Meanwhile, a surrogate model-based algorithm is adopted to solve the constructed bi-level planning problem. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by case analysis.
