Adaptive high efficiency hybrid output switching circuit

Abstract  Flyback topology is widely used in the development of server power supply because of its simple structure and low development cost. Compared with the soft-switching topology, Flyback has a significant efficiency disadvantage. In order to improve the efficiency of the power system with Flyback auxiliary source, this paper analyzes from the perspective of efficient hybrid output switching, and designs an adaptive switching line. When the power system is efficient output soft start, the hybrid output switching line automatically switches the efficient output to replace the Flyback auxiliary source to power the system, so as to improve the efficiency of the system. The circuit design is simple, and the control logic is simple. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme can effectively realize the adaptive switching output function, and the power system efficiency is improved by 0.15%.
