Abstract In order to solve the problem of control performance becomes poor under low speed, random disturbance and rotor resistance variation in the asynchronous motor direct torque control speed regulating system, active disturbance rejection technology was applied to the control system of induction motor direct torque control speed loop is intruduced in this paper, the inner disturbance and outside disturbance can be estimate, compensation and control. The design of the speed regulation system of asynchronous motor can not depend on the precise mathematical model of asynchronous motor, the speed control system based on ADRC is designed, and set the simulation structure is set up. Simulation results show that compared with the classical PID controller, response speed is quick , and overshoot volume is small in the sysem of ADRC, the extended state estimate of the accuracy of speed is high, the motor parameter perturbation is small, the influence of good robustness.
