Abstract This paper designed a bi-directional and high-frequency converter which is used for energy storage system. The converter employs the digital phase locked loop based on d-q transformation, and the SVPWM technology to realize the function of rectifier and inverter. The BOOST and BUCK circuit uses the dual structure to achieve low ripple output. The experimental results show that the quick system respondence and accurate phase-locking are achieved ,and the convert output waveforms of both AC and DC side are satisfactory.
