Abstract PI parameters’ designing of PWM rectifier is of great significance for the stability of the control system. This test introduces PI regulator relying on the simplified mathematic model with d-q rotation frame. PI parameters of the voltage outer loop and current inner loop are designed in detail. The simulation results for comparing experimental data by Matlab and the better parameters are also given. The change of dc voltage caused by parameters is analyzed and the correctness and rationality of the design by setting the different fault are also proved.
