Abstract The urban indoor substation in the city center can reducing the land occupation, the Layout is very compact, this kind of substation requires high reliability at the same time, so which Has its own characteristics of the substation Layout and main electrical connections.This paper considering the actual situation of Wuhan area analyzes the problems of the State Grid typical design’s scheme for 110kV indoor substation, then the improvement measures are put forward in view of the above problems.
