Abstract As one of the key components of ultrasonic generator, high-frequency transformer’s design will affect property of ultrasonic rhinestone hot fix machine. This paper will introduce the principle of ultrasonic power supply. As for high-frequency transformer design, we will use the AP method to determine the size of EE-type ferrite core, calculate the number of turns, winding wire diameter and other parameters, as well as account the window coefficients. Finally, we produce an ultrasonic power supply model with power and frequency adjustable.
