Abstract As the national key units of electrical power system, UHVDC converter station’s fire extinguisher system has an important influence on the safe operation of electrical equipment. Illustrated by the case of Jinhua converter station, this paper describes the fire extinguisher system’s structure, function and interaction with other relevant systems, focus on analyze the fire alarm trip system of valve hall, all of this research has important practical application of significance.
