Abstract The battery cell simulators are used in the production、test and designing of battery pack; the traditional design has the problem of low output power and accuracy; this article designed a high-output power and high accuracy battery simulator depend on the dc-dc converter and linear voltage regulate technical; Every battery simulator cell has isolated power supply used the FLYBACK converter, the output will be pre-adjusted based on the dc-dc converter, and reduce the output ripple by the linear voltage regulate. This article designed an experimental sample and tested the function, achieved a good performance.
