Abstract Considering the selection of the DC-link voltages value of SAPF in the application,In this paper,typical thyristors rectifier with inductive load as the nonlinear load,on the basis of Harmonic shunt active power filter compensation principle,By analyzing the equivalent circuit method,mathematical expressionsof DC-link voltages is elaborated.The selection of DC-link voltage regarding to Single harmonic compensation,the two harmonic compensation (5 and 7) and the full compensation is analyzed and compared.,which providesthe theory basis for selecting DC-link voltage in different harmonic compensation mode and has certain applicational value in the practical engineering.
