Abstract：Country new energy micro grid construction can promote the development of new energy, such as photovoltaic, biogas, biomass fuel, natural gas cogeneration, etc., to promote the promotion of new energy saving and environmental protection, such as coal-to- electric, ground source heat pump, electric vehicles, and promote the upgrading of country power distribution system, improve the ability to absorb new energy, improve the power quality of distribution network, meet the growing demand for power consumption. Early days, may focus on the big cities around, with better conditions of the country pilot, and combined with country tourism, agricultural products, such as deep processing work together. In the construction process are advised to do overall planning, step-by-step imple- mentation, solid progress and the construction, operation and management mode of innovation, to improve the country energy structure, energy saving and emission reduction, keep the mountains and make due contributions.
