摘要 智能变电站SCD文件构成了二次系统的核心组成部分,本文分析了智能变电站SCD特征及保护系统特点,提出了基于SCD的智能变电站镜像仿真技术方案。结合华东陈建民劳模室的镜像系统应用案例,验证了技术方案的有效性。由此,构建了基于实验室环境的智能变电站继电保护隐性故障特性研究平台,为实现智能变电站二次系统的风险预控提供了技术基础。

Abstract:SCD plays the key role of smart substation, this paper illustrates the features of SCD of smart substation as well as a protection relay, and proposes the technical solution of a mapping system of smart substation based on SCD. The availability of mapping system has been proved at the CHEN Jiamin's laboratory of East China Electric Power. Therefore, it demonstrates a researching platform related to a hidden failure of a protection system, and provides a technical basis for preventing the risk of secondary circuit of smart substation.
