摘要 目前,在原料气压力较低,需要用螺杆压缩机增压后再经过活塞压缩机压缩,制成成品气的CNG加气母站工艺中,起动和停止设备时,自动化程度不高,操作手续繁琐,容易引起故障;针对这种现象经过认真的分析与研究,提出了一种改善的方法,主要是提出了增加“一键操作柱”,“中间继电器”和“一进两出隔离栅”等硬件,同时在PLC程序中增加相应功能;实现螺杆压缩机与活塞压缩机在开机和停机过程中的相互关联,实现了只需按下“起动”或“停止”按钮即可开机或是停机的目的;达到了一键开机或停机的效果,操作方法非常简单,减少了事故的发生;极大提升了系统的自动化程度和运行可靠性。
