摘要 本文设计实现了一种新型自供电型的无线测温传感器控制系统,包括无线信号转发中继装置及自供电取能电路,主要应用在高压触头、母线和电缆头无线测温传感器系统。与常规无线测温传感器功能相比,新增功能包括:①针对目前常规中继装置主要采用直流5V供电,无法接入市电问题,增加AC/DC开关电源直接接入市电AC220V;②增加了一路无线通信模块,将从无线测温传感器采集到的数据利用无线通信的模式发送出去;③增加了人机接口界面;④增加了自供电无线测温传感器取能电路,提高了工作效率。

Abstract:This paper provides the implementation analysis of a new type self-powered wireless temperature detecting sensor control system, including wireless signal transimt relay system and self-powered circuit. This system will apply in the high-voltage contact, bus and cable head. Comparing with the normal wireless temperature detecting sensor system, the new function is including: ① The developed sensor system can connect the AC 220V through the AC/DC switch, which solves DC 5V powered problem; ② To add wireless communication module, which will transmit the data by wireless communication; ③ To add a visible interface for hanling the parameters; ④ To add a self-powered wirelss control circuit, which can improve the working efficiency.
