摘要 本文针对AP1000非能动核电机组孤岛运行工况,根据SEL-351型综合继电器特性,通过分析厂用电源切换过程中的技术难点,论证厂用电源检测同期参数切换方式的可行性,比较各种切换方式的优缺点,提出一种并联切换与快速切换相结合的厂用电源检同期切换方案。该方案兼具不失电与操作时间短的优点,为制定电厂孤岛运行厂用电源切换预案提供参考。

Abstract:For AP1000 passive nuclear power units island operation mode, according to the characteristics of SEL-351 relay and the analysis to the technical difficulties in the process of plant service supplies transition, demonstrates the feasibility of plant service supplies transfer in checking the synchronizing parameters and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the transfer schemes, then propounds a plant service supplies transfer scheme with combination of parallel transfer and fast transfer. This transfer doesn't cause losing the plant service supplies and costs little operation time, and will provide instruction for development a plan of plant service supplies transfer in island operation mode.
