摘要 本文分析了一起220kV变电站全站失压的事故。事故起因在于倒闸操作中母线隔离开关辅助接点切换不到位,导致电压切换回路异常,致使PT保护二次空开跳闸。同时,站内备自投装置逻辑在防PT异常失压后误动作的措施不足,导致220kV变电站全站失压。本文介绍了电压切换回路的国网规程要求,并对备自投装置逻辑进行优化,以期为220kV变电站运行维护提供参考。

Abstract:The paper analyzes an accident of the blackout in 220kV substation. The isolated switch auxiliary contact switch is not in place, resulting in voltage switching is not normal, eventually leading to the voltage air switch tripping. At the same time, the substation occurs the accident of the blackout because of the logic defects of automatic bus transfer equipment after the PT protection voltage anomaly disappeared. This paper introduces the regulation requirements of State Grid Corporation on voltage switching circuit, and puts forward the preventive measures to optimize the logic of theautomatic bus changeover device. This paper hope these measures can provide a reference for the operation and maintenance of 220kV substation.
