Abstract：The region of Bazhou is wide and the geographical environment is very different, so it can not cover all the power electricity information collected in Bazhou area. In order to improve the collection coverage rate and success rate indicators, and to promote the accurate statistics of meter reading, accounting, charging and area line loss. This paper mainly introduces the medium voltage power carrier communication technology is applied to the operator GPRS/CDMA signal can not be covered area, and improves the success rate of power consumption information collection and effectively solves the disadvantages of unsafety, low efficiency and large workload.
