摘要 天中±800kV特高压直流送端(新疆哈密地区)是风、光、火打捆经直流送出的复杂系统,存在较高的次/超同步振荡的风险。针对新疆电网新能源汇集地区次/超同步振荡现有监测告警系统不足之处,提出了改进方法和优化方案,建立了监测系统三道防线和告警系统两个平台;针对现有稳控系统不足之处,提出了振荡定位方法和改进切机方案,建立了稳控系统三道防线。改进后的监测告警及控制体系能对振荡进行实时监控、及时告警并进行快速抑制,提高了电网运行可靠性。

Abstract:Hami Area of Xinjiang is the sending terminal of ±800kV UHVDC transmission system from the Tianshan Station to the Zhongzhou Station. The local grid system is a complex one and facing relatively higher risk of sub/super synchronous oscillation than elsewhere as wind power and photovoltaic power in combination with thermal power are bundled and transmitted from here. In view of the shortcomings of the existing sub/super synchronous oscillation detecting and alarming system in the new energy pooling area of Xinjiang power grid, the improved method and optimized scheme are proposed. Three safeguards and two platforms have been deployed aim to detect and alarm respectively. Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing stability control system, an oscillation positioning method and an improved cutting scheme are proposed, and three lines of defense for the stability control system are established. The improved detecting, alarming and control system can monitor oscillations in real time, alarm in time and suppress as quick as possible, ensuring stable operation of the power grid.
