摘要 针对单相电路谐波和无功电流检测方法中计算量大,实时性较差的缺点,采用Hopfield神经网络的谐波电流检测方法,这种全连接、单层反馈神经网络由于引入能量函数进行优化计算,网络不需要预先进行训练,并且具有并行处理能力,能够对数据进行实时处理,使得算法简化,易于实现,处理数据能力大大提高。与基于瞬时无功功率理论的检测方法相比,Hopfield神经网络法具有计算量小,检测精度高,实时性好的优点。在Matlab/Simulink环境下对两种方法进行仿真比较,结果表明基于Hopfield神经网络的检测方法具有很好的实时性和较高的检测精度,适用于单相有源电力滤波器的研究。

Abstract:To avoid some shortcomings of harmonic current detection methods,such as calculation of large and real-time response. In order to meet the demand of detecting harmonic and reactive current of APF in single-phase circuits, a new detecting method for harmonics and reactive current in single-phase circuit is proposed, based on the Hopfield neural network. The network has an energy function which increase the computer power, it can process the real-time data and preliminary training was not needed. Compared with traditional detection methods, this methods can accurately and fast detect harmonic current and have small amount of calculation. Simulation results based on Matlab/Simulink testify the real-timing and detection accuracy. So the methods can be used as the harmonic current detection of single-phase APF.
