摘要 静止变频器的可靠性、起动成功率等指标直接影响着机组的安全稳定运行以及对电力负荷调节的能力,也是大型同步机组的核心控制设备。本文简单介绍了静止变频器的拓扑结构和触发机理,针对锡盟调相机静止变频器系统出现的机桥驱动误触发导致机桥短路故障的工况,分析了故障发生的原因和过程,验证了静止变频器系统快速动作的变频差动保护的灵敏性,这对推动国产静止变频器技术的发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:Static frequency converter (SFC) reliability, start-up success rate and other indicators directly affect the safe and stable operation of the unit and the ability to adjust the power load. It is also the core control equipment of large synchronous units. This paper briefly introduces the topology structure and trigger mechanism of static frequency converter, analyzes the cause and process of the fault through the working condition of the bridge short-circuit fault caused by the bridge drive error trigger in the SFC system of Ximeng condenser, and verifies the sensitivity of the variable frequency differential protection with fast action of SFC system, which is of great significance to promote the development of domestic SFC technology.
