摘要 本文主要针对智能电表在运行现场出现的计量失准问题开展原因分析。由于计量失准问题涉及计量设备、运行环境、器件可靠性、生产工艺等环节,原因较为复杂,所以本文只从原理方面进行推导分析。此问题的出现会导致计量不公平、电费结算异常,因此会导致用电方和售电方之间产生纠纷,关系到和谐社会的发展。

Abstract:This article mainly aims at the inaccurate measurement problems of smart meters, and analyzes the causes. Because the inaccurate measurement involves measurement equipment, runtime environment, components reliability, production technique, ect, and the reasons are complex, so this article only deduces and analyzes from the principle. The emergence of this problem will lead to unfair measurement and abnormal of electricity charges. Therefore, it will also lead to disputes between power consumers and power sellers, which is related to the development of a harmonious society.
