摘要 低压台区广泛存在三相负荷不平衡的现象,配置换相开关是一种有效的治理手段,对换相开关全天的动作策略进行优化应兼顾三相不平衡的治理效果及设备动作次数的限制。本文提出一种低压台区三相不平衡治理的换相优化方法,首先利用台区内负荷曲线的预测结果,基于模糊C均值聚类算法进行控制时段划分,其次对每一个控制时段采用遗传算法进行换相开关相别的优化,从而实现换相开关动作的日前优化并计及设备动作次数的限制,最终通过算例验证了本文方法的有效性与实用性。

Abstract:The phenomenon of three-phase load imbalance widely exists in low-voltage substation area. The configuration of phase-change switch is an effective treatment means. Optimizing the action strategy of phase-change switch all day should take into account the treatment effect of three-phase imbalance and the limitation of equipment action times. This paper presents a practical method of commutation optimization for the treatment of three-phase imbalance in low-voltage station area. Firstly, the prediction results of load curve in the station area are used, and control period division is performed based on fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm. Secondly, genetic algorithm is used to optimize the phase of phase-change switch in each control period, the day ahead optimization of phase-change switch action is realized, and the limitation of equipment action times is taken into account. Finally, an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. The results show that the proposed method can optimize the phase-change switch action from the perspective of full cycle of the whole day.
