摘要 为了避免船舶舱室在发生破损渗漏后造成的严重后果, 研究出一种基于PLC S7-200的船舶舱室进水监控系统。利用PLC的内部运算功能实现对交流三速电机的控制, 进而对船舶舱室进水量进行实时控制, 并使用PLC SIM5.3仿真软件进行模拟仿真。结果证明监控系统响应迅速、控制精度高, 克服了由于硬件电气连接导致系统可靠性差的不足。

Abstract:In order to avoid the serious consequences caused by the damaged ship cabin leakage, developed a ship cabin monitoring system based on PLC S7-200. To realize the control of AC three speed motor using PLC internal operation function, and then the real-time control of ship cabin inflow, and simulation using PLC SIM5.3 simulation software. Results show that monitoring system of quick response, high control accuracy, overcomes the hardware electrical connection leads to insufficient system reliability.
