Abstract:To address the issues of lack of inter-station coordination in single-device testing and the complexity of system setup in security and stability control systems, a inter-station data simulation device is designed. This device integrates a 100 Mbit/s fiber optic interface unit, a 2M electrical interface unit, a 2M optical interface unit, and an interface management unit. During the functional verification of security and stability control devices, it provides multiple simulation methods for inter-station information. The 100 Mbit/s fiber optic port directly generates inter-station information, forming a minimal test system with the device under test. Multiple devices simulate communication across all stations using 2M electrical or optical interfaces, employing the high-level data link control (HDLC) protocol, and aggregate through a multiplexer (MUX) equipment to form 100 Mbit/s inter-station information, constituting a complete test system. Alternatively, it can simulate only a single station while using actual operational data for the remaining stations, similarly synthesizing 100 Mbit/s inter-station information through the MUX equipment to form a test system. Through integrated hardware and multi-mode simulation design, this solution provides a simplified and efficient testing method for the functional verification of security and stability control devices, particularly suitable for strategy logic verification during the research and development phase, reducing testing costs and operational complexity.
