Abstract:To address the problems of severe power curtailment in photovoltaic power stations, as well as the experience dependence and insufficient accuracy in curtailed energy evaluation, this paper proposes an assessment method of curtailed energy based on historical operation data and benchmark unit comparison.The method first screens historical data from non-curtailed days to establish a mean benchmark of generation difference coefficient. Then, it quantifies the performance difference between benchmark and non-benchmark units using real-time operation data, and realizes autonomous identification of the curtailment state by setting judgment conditions with calibratable parameters. Finally, the curtailed energy is accurately calculated based on the operation level of benchmark units. The proposed method can provide data support and theoretical basis for operation and maintenance decision-making of power stations and optimization of power grid dispatching.
