Abstract:This paper proposes a cascaded coordinated tuning topology for PSS4B stabilizers based on the complex-domain vector synthesis principle, aiming at minimizing weighted phase errors across the full frequency band. A cooperative optimization strategy featuring multi-chain parallel processing and intra-chain iterative refinement is designed, effectively overcoming strong parameter coupling and local optimum traps. The method integrates a modified particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm with adaptive inertia weights and an elite migration mechanism, enabling efficient exploration of over 50 PSS4B parameters. Simulations demonstrate that within the 0.01~2 Hz range, this approach significantly enhances damping performance and system stability, providing reliable theoretical tools and implementation guidelines for PSS4B engineering applications.
