摘要 本文通过对一起小电流接地系统中因单相接地,引发二相异地接地短路,最终形成三相异地接地短路事故实例的故障录波及故障现场信息进行辨识,分析了故障产生的原因,提出了相应整改措施和建议。

Abstract:The system heat thermal oil to 300℃ through electric heater, then oil transfer heater to the waste water, waste water is cracked under high temperature and high pressure. The electric heating system consists of regulator, actuator and the controlled object. And the regulator is S7-200 PLC of Siemens. Two groups of SCR make up of the actuator. The controlled object consists of ten fixed heating groups and two adjustable heating groups. Temperature control mode is PID regulation. By modeling the electric heating system and analyzing the PID adjustment and control program, find problems existing in the system and put forward suggestions.
