Abstract This paper introduces an auto-verification pipeline system for single-phase energy meters,which can realize the single-phase energy meters uploaded、downloaded、transmitted、intelligent sorted、positioned、wired、inspected for visual、tested voltage resistance and calibrated for error automatically, and also can realize pasting the certificate、sealing、packing automatically. Through the effective connection with the power marketing information management system, this system can receive the calibration task, and can upload the calibration datas binding the seal information and the meter information. With the repeatability、stability、uncertainty and identity of multiplexing output experiments are tested, it is proved that this system is stable, has high efficiency, and will have great promotional value, which can provide the calibration datas reaching the requests of the national verification regulations and can achieve the requests of a measurement standard examination.
