Abstract This paper mainly analyzes the accuracy of calculating fundamental component when the Morlet complex wavelet algorithm’s parameter change, and on this basis, this paper proposes a Morlet complex wavelet algorithm with adaptive, finally the simulation results show that with adaptive Morlet complex wavelet algorithm application in power distribution network current protection is feasible.
