Abstract  Marine energy is an indispensable source of new energy. Due to the energy density of seawater is much higher than that of wind energy and solar energy, it is particularly important in new energy power generation. How current power generation captures the maximum energy produced by the power generation and maintains the generator in its best operating condition are the focus of current research. This article independently develops a set of tidal power generating units in the tidal power generation direction to provide a good power generation unit for the laboratory simulation of tidal currents and actual sea power generation. And further design a matching maximum power control system that uses an improved MPPT control algorithm that can be applied to power flow generation; And multi-battery equalization charging strategy, which is a step-by-step battery switching control strategy to ensure that the power flow system continues to operate at maximum power. The control system has been verified by experiments and control algorithms in actual sea areas, which has far-reaching implications for further exploration of power generation.
