Properties research of domestic insulated tension pole for extra high pressure gas insulated switchgear

Abstract  The performance of three kinds of domestic insulated torsion rods with different types of fibers is studied. A complete verification scheme has been developed. The performance differences of three different types of fiber insulated torsion rod and imported insulated torsion rod are systematically and completely analyzed and compared from the aspects of performance analysis of insulating pipe and insulated part, mechanical life and electric property. The results show that domestic insulated torsion rod T has excellent electric property and mechanical property. It can fully meets the high requirements of EHV gas insulated switchgear. The price of domestic insulated torsion rod T can drop by more than 50% from the economic cost. The manufacturing cost can be greatly reduced by promoting the use of domestic insulated torsion rod T.
