Abstract  By designing a general model for preventing electric misoperation based on the DL/T 1080 standard and its extended specifications, this study describes two core contents of preventing electric misoperation business: on-site forcibly lock devices (such as various locks) and configuration of five prevention operation logic rules, which provides solutions for integration and interoperability of this service with other power grid applications based on the DL/T 1080 series of standards. The release of a standardized model for preventing electric misoperation is the key to achieving integration and automation of electric misoperation. In the early stage, the model can be used as the non-standard class of DL/T 1080 standard, which can be discussed, validated and improved by exports and power industry personnel. When the model is mature, a special standardized model is issued by a special committee to complete the standardized construction to prevent electric misoperation.
