| Fault analysis of power generation vehicle tripping caused by distributed photovoltaic reverse power flow |

Abstract In this paper, a case where a tripping incident in a medium-voltage emergency power generation vehicle caused by a distributed photovoltaic (PV) power reverse flow is analyzed. By examining operational data from the generation vehicle and transmission lines, along with the connection configuration of the distributed photovoltaic grid-tie points, a back-calculation of the incident is performed to determine the primary cause of the fault. Finally, in accordance with relevant technical specifications for integrating distributed PV into distribution grids, improvement plans for both equipment configuration and protection settings are proposed. These findings offer valuable insights for enhancing the reliability of distribution network and for revising technical standards governing the integration of distributed PV generation into distribution networks.
