Abstract The rapid development of new energy has imposed higher requirements on the timeliness and accuracy of commissioning and access for new energy plants. This paper aims to enhance the automation level of modeling, diagram generation, and commissioning acceptance through technological means. Based on the CIM/E standards, the standardized information survey forms are parsed, and intelligent completion and mapping using reference station information are employed to achieve automatic entry of equipment models. Based on the CIM/G standards, an automatic diagram generation method based on the primary wiring diagram of reference stations is proposed. Further achievement is made in the automatic detection of channel status and the automated acceptance of telemetry and telesignal data. Practical application demonstrates that the system effectively addresses the issues of low efficiency and high error rates associated with traditional manual methods. It significantly enhances the efficiency and accuracy of commissioning and access, providing practical technical support for the efficient integration of renewable energy sources.
