| Multi-parameter collaborative electric control system for garbage incinerators based on programmable logic controller |

Abstract Aiming at the problems of insufficient precision and frequent switching in traditional relay-controlled garbage incinerators, a programmable logic controller (PLC)-based multi-parameter collaborative electric control system for garbage incinerators is designed. Hardware selection and software programming are completed, integrating multi-parameter monitoring, human-machine interaction and alarm functions. The system performance is verified by simulation. The results show that the temperature control accuracy of the electric control system reaches ±5℃, and the response time of key parameters is ≤2 s. It can effectively improve the stability and efficiency of the incineration process, providing a practical solution for the automation upgrade of small and medium-sized garbage incineration plants.
