Abstract  For reducing the loss of power grid, implementation of lean management and improving the economic efficiency of power enterprises, the dissertation analyses the reasons of technology and management which causes loss of power grid, then presents some technical measures for reasonable arrangements of transformer’s economic operation, optimization of reactive power and voltage, scientific adjustment of load, economic dispatching, optimizing operation of power grid, optimizing structure of power grid and equipment, attention to the management of power grid loss , strengthen the calculation of theoretical grid loss, the user side management and so on. Through the above measures, it would reduce the loss of electric power and improve the operation economic efficiency of regional power grid during the transmission of the same electric energy.
