Abstract:Accurate anomaly positioning of electric energy data acquisition is unsolved at present. The technical solution of information collection and positioning system based on GPRS is proposed to well overcome the defect of traditional meter reading system, like unable abnormal information reporting, unable anomaly positioning and complicated system. Installing mobile phone card in each place of data acquisition, this system can identify the accurate position of smart meter by phone number and achieve accurate anomaly positioning. Center server has two modes to acquire data: read the data of smart meter actively and acquire the abnormal data sent by concentrator passively, which meets the requirements of users for data. The system provides reporting services for users by Web server and plays an important role in human-computer interaction.
