摘要 锦屏-苏南±800kV特高压直流输电工程代表了当前世界直流输电技术的最高水平。该工程中,极控系统与阀控系统之间接口的合理设计是保证工程安全、稳定和高效运行的一个关键环节。本文以ABB公司的VCU(阀控单元,Valve Control Unit)为例,详细阐述了锦苏工程中极控系统与阀控接口的设计原则;根据各阀厂家的需求,给出了详细的极控系统与阀控系统接口处理方案;锦苏工程工厂系统测试实验、现场系统调试试验和成功运行,验证了本文所论极控系统与阀控系统接口设计原则和方案的正确性。
Abstract:Jinping-Sunan ±800kV Ultra High Voltage Direct Current(UHVDC) transmission project presents the highest level of HVDC transmission technology in the world today. The reasonable design of Interface between pole control system and valve control system is a key part that ensure the project operates safely, stably and efficiently. Take VCU(Valve Control Unit) of ABB company for example, the design principles of interface between pole control system and valve control system are elaborated in the paper. Treatment scheme of interface between pole control system and valve control system in detail is put forward according to the requirement of valve manufacturers. Factory System Test(FST), commissioning test in site and successful operation in Jinsu project verify the correctness of design principle and scheme about the interface of pole control system and valve control system in the paper.
